Clubs
Clubs are essential to Pin/Out. Properties, pins, harvest logs, and members are all associated with a club. To use any of these features you'll need to create or join a club.
Once you create an account, you'll be taken to the Welcome page where you have two options:
Create a Club
Only one member of your hunting club needs to create a Pin/Out club. We recommend that an officer / administrator or designated representative do this, since the creator will become the club's primary administrator by default.
To do this, select Create Club on the Welcome page, fill out the form, and click Create Club to submit.
Take care to enter the correct ZIP code and time zone for your club. These are used to estimate your club's location for sunrise / sunset calculations, and for computing times correctly. They can be changed later in your club's Settings.
Once your club is created, you can invite members by email from the Directory page.
Join a Club
If a member of your hunting club has already created a Pin/Out club, ask them to send an invitation using your preferred email address. You'll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation.
Once you click the link, you'll be prompted to register if an account doesn't already exist with that email address, or to login if you already have an account. Once registered / logged in, you'll be taken to the Invitations page where you can view and accept the invitation.
The invitations page can also be accessed at any time by clicking the user menu in the top right corner of the screen and selecting Invitations, or by clicking Join Club from the Welcome page.
Missing Invitations
If you've been sent an invitation but it isn't showing up on the Invitations screen, try refreshing the page. Make sure you're logged into an account with the same email address that was used to send the invitation. If you're still having trouble, contact support.
